The Statutory & Compliance Analyst will assist Statutory & Compliance Supervisor compliance of accounting and SIOP reporting of Blocks 8, 16 and 23. This entails as well coordination with auditors, be it Statutory or Concessionaire.

Compliance must be done following the PSA, SIOP and other applicable legislation to the extend possible. Any deviations to either must be clearly identified to be either mitigated or deemed immaterial.


In addition the Compliance Controller must be able to perform Compliance & Audit Supervisor tasks during his sick leave and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in Concessionaire audits; this entails the deliver to auditors the elements requested by them and delivered by other sections.
Assist Statutory & Compliance Supervisor in ensuring compliance with inventory.
Manage contract register for cost recoverability.
Support organisation for cost recoverability.
Assist Statutory & Compliance coordinating all Concessionaire and Statutory reporting.
Issue work forms/ACWO
Issue weekly a report to management, with WO status.
Provide timely Statutory & Concessionaire reporting delivery.
Ad hoc tasks connected with audit and compliance section.
Who we are looking for
University degree in economy/finance/accounting/business and administration;
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables; V Look Up); SAP.
Experience within accounting, audit and/or budgeting and SIOP reporting in an international oil company is preferable.
