Maersk Oil Kazakhstan GmbH is currently looking for a Social Projects Coordinator to work in the Government Relations team of Legal Department in Aktau office on temporary basis

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementation of social projects in accordance with the applicable guidelines and due diligence process (searching for new projects, prepara-tion of social projects plan, implementation of the approved projects, regular negotia-tions/meetings with authorities, NGOs, , other key stakeholders); ensure smooth interaction and communication with key partners of the Company, including coordination of requests, dealing with partner correspondence, arrangement of meetings between the Company and key partners.
Who we are looking for
Higher humanitarian and/or economics education
Not less than 3 years work experience in the international companies
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English, Ka-zakh skills is preferable
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to balance priorities and coordinate work effectively in order to meet deadlines and deal with high workload together with willingness to be flexible
Business focused, team player, strong professional ethics
Self-starters’ and must be able to work with minimal supervision
