Maersk Oil Kazakhstan GmbH is looking for HSE Management System Auditor to join our HSE department based in Aktau, Kazakhstan. As HSE Management Systems Auditor candidate will be working as part of the HSE Team to ensure compliance to Maersk Oil Global (MOG) and Maersk Oil Kazakhstan (MOK) standards and associated requirements of ISO 14001 standard are maintained and managed effectively. Candidate will be responsible for performing audits across the MOK Business Management System (BMS) to identify any non-conformances or opportunities for improvement and produce the associated reports. Candidate will also be involved in the improvement and maintenance of the MOK BMS and provide guidance to staff in its use.

Key Responsibilities
a) Provide such support as required by the Management System Coordinator;
b) Involvement in the development, implementation, management, improvement, support, training and facilitation of the MOK BMS;
c) To support 2nd and 3rd party audit programs to assure contractual and certification compliance;
d) Communicate effectively the results of audits and associated issues requiring action;
e) Conduct audits, investigations and reviews to determine conformance to requirements and to identify any non-conformances and opportunities for improvement;
f) Report, manage and follow-up outcomes of audits, investigations and reviews to facilitate corrective and preventive actions and improvement opportunity close out;
g) Provide input into and facilitate the development, maintenance, review and improvement of the MOK BMS;
h) Informing MOK employees as appropriate on status and issues relating to MOK BMS documents.
i) Monitor and verify compliance to the Global Management System (GMS);
j) Monitor and measure outputs against established MOK KPIs;
k) Support to maintain and manage the GMS Portal;
l) QA/QC of departments’ documents against MOG & MOK document standards;
m) Revision and / or development MOK HSE&Q standards & procedures;
n) Provide communications, administrative and translation support as required.
