It is the responsibility of IT landscape Planning to always have current and valid information about the landscape, helping to simplify and develop the more than 2000 applications that make up today’s IT landscape in Maersk Line.
As a natural extension of this work, we are obligated to help create towards IT processes that feed us the information that we need in cooperation with other departments in Maersk Line IT
|Who we are looking for|
|We are looking for a dynamic go getter individual who is outgoing and careful about both the details and the big picture. On a day-to-day basis you will be engaging with other Maersk Line IT entities to ensure data delivery and identification of rationalization initiatives. You make responses to IT management queries about the state of the landscape.|
You ideally are an IT architect from a development background, some project management experience and a technical insight; you probably have worked in several roles, on more than one development platform so you know general application aspects, and you have shown yourself able to work in a sphere of high technical and political complexity.
As a person, you have an analytical mindset, good communication and coordination skills, and you like to provide recommendations. You have a strain of salesmanship, since we sometimes need to convince others of our ideas. You have a self-motivating and pro-active nature. It is a prerequisite that you are fluent in English in order to be able to effectively express and present ideas/information to others both in writing and verbally.
